The Next Step

Hello fellow friends of the internet, 

So I hope, for those who have tried to follow the routine it has been working and you've felt a positive difference in your life. 

In retrospect I do realise it's difficult for people to get into their own routine immediately. So along side healthy eating habits, I've begun the 30 day ab challenge. 


Yes, this might look daunting at first, however if you do it day by day it's not so bad. Personally I do look forward to day 4. 

Even if you don't want to follow my healthy eating plan, you can always construct your own. Or if you don't even like the exercises I've chosen, I want you to feel inspired and try doing something yourself.

The Journey Ahead

Hello fellow friends of the internet, 

So this is the beginning of a journey, and I’d like to share this journey with you. 
I’ve recently finished high school (Year 12) and I’m going to University in 2015. With this new shift in lifestyle I want to be healthier and happier and I figured why not share my journey with others who would like to follow or come with me. 

Now, I’m a planner, and I love to plan things - however it’s very rare that I’m able to execute my plan for more then about 9 days. But it’s time to see if I can. 

I’ve got my daily routine here: 
Daily Plan

8 am 
  • Exercise routine
    • 20-40minutes 
    • Dips 10-15
    • Squats 10-15 (6kg)
    • Lunges 30 (15 each leg)
    • Crunches knees up (15)
    • Stretch (Back on floor legs risen 90degree angle)
    • Plank 
      • side 30 sec
      • Front 30 sec
      • Side 30 sec
    • Cardio
      • Sprint 40 sec
      • Rest 20 sec
9 am
  • Breakfast
    • Cereal + fruit (Strawberries, apple, banana) 
12.40 am
  • Lunch
    • Pasta/leftovers/ Chicken wrap
1.15 pm
  • Snack
    • Healthy (spicy cookies)
    • Crackers and dip
6.30 pm
  • Dinner
    • What ever is made
9.27
  • Before bed
  • 3 Yoga stretches 
    • the one where you hold your ankle and stretch 
    • the one where you look like a dog
    • and the cat one
